Google Executive Named CEO Of Yahoo

Google executive Marissa Mayer was named CEO of Yahoo today. The former Google executive was responsible for the layout of many Google products. Why she left Google is unknown but could she have at least picked a better company to become a part of?

Yahoo Hacked

Over 400,000 yahoo account were hacked using a simple SQL attack. While that itself would not be good the passwords were published online for all to have access to. Anyone who does have a yahoo account can check to see if there username is on the list on http://dazzlepod.com/yahoo/ (this website only shows the usernames not the passwords). If your name is on the list you should change your password immediately and change the password on any other website where the same password is used.
