No Apple has not suddenly declared free in-app purchases for everyone. Instead a Russian hacker has figured out how to get in-app content for free without even jailbreaking. This is bad news for developers who rely on in app purchases to make money and this is also bad news for Apple who is always touting there safe app store. Hopefully app will fix this quickly and no real damage will be done.
