Within the nest couple of days Google will be rolling out Jelly bean for it's HSPA+ and GSM Galaxy Nexus phones. Oweners of either the GSM or HSPA+ should see an update notification by the end of this week. As for other devices running Android well that is up to individual manufactures and carriers.
